Plain English summary — this section is not legally binding; the full terms below are. By using TimeBaQ you agree to (1) use it for your own job search, not on behalf of others without consent, (2) follow the terms of the third-party job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), (3) not resell or redistribute the software. We bill monthly, refund within 14 days, and you can cancel any time.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the TimeBaQ desktop application (“the Software”) or this website (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Software or Site.

2. License

Subject to these Terms and full payment of applicable fees, TimeBaQ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your subscription tier (default: 3).

3. Permitted use

The Software is licensed for use by an individual job seeker for their own job search. You may not (a) use it on behalf of third parties without their explicit consent, (b) circumvent device limits or activation caps, (c) reverse-engineer or redistribute the Software, (d) use it for purposes that violate the Terms of Service of third-party job platforms.

4. Subscription & billing

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. Cancel any time in Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See Refund Policy for our 14-day no-questions refund.

5. Third-party services

The Software interacts with third-party job platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Dice, SimplyHired, CareerBuilder). You are responsible for complying with each platform’s Terms of Service. TimeBaQ is not affiliated with these platforms.

6. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TIMEBAQ DOES NOT GUARANTEE INTERVIEWS, JOB OFFERS, OR EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeBaQ’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Software or these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 30 days in advance.
