TimeBaQ is licensed for personal use by individual job seekers. The conduct below results in immediate license termination without refund.
You will not
- Use TimeBaQ to apply to jobs on behalf of other people without their explicit consent.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software.
- Use TimeBaQ for any purpose unlawful in your jurisdiction.
- Submit fabricated or misrepresented credentials, work history, or qualifications.
- Attempt to circumvent device-cap or rate-limit enforcement.
- Use TimeBaQ to spam, harass, or otherwise harm employers, recruiters, or the third-party platforms it connects to.
Third-party platform compliance
TimeBaQ interacts with third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.). Each has its own Terms of Service, which apply to your use. If a platform suspends your account, that’s between you and the platform — we can’t restore platform accounts and refunds for this reason are at our discretion.
