We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on every TimeBaQ subscription charge. If you’re unhappy with the product for any reason within 14 days of a charge, we’ll refund it in full.
How to request a refund
- In-app: Settings → Subscription → Request refund. Refund processes immediately. Your subscription is canceled and your license is deactivated.
- Email: support@timebaq.app with your license key. We respond within one business day.
What’s covered
Any charge for a TimeBaQ monthly subscription, requested within 14 calendar days of the charge date. Both first-time charges and renewal charges qualify.
What’s not covered
- Charges older than 14 days. (Cancel anytime to prevent the next renewal — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.)
- Chargebacks initiated through your bank without a prior refund request. Please contact us first. We almost always say yes; chargebacks cost both of us money and can lock your account from future use.
Processing time
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe). Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
