Subscription terms

Plain summary of how TimeBaQ subscriptions work, billed transparently up front so there are no surprises.

What you’re paying for

A monthly license to use the TimeBaQ desktop application at the tier you select, capped at the application count and feature set listed on the pricing page.

Auto-renewal

All subscriptions auto-renew on the same calendar date each month using the payment method on file, until you cancel.

Cancellation

• One-click in app: Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Effective immediately at end of current billing period.
• Stripe Customer Portal: via the link in your renewal reminder email.
• Email: support@timebaq.app (we respond within 1 business day).

We don’t require phone calls, multiple confirmations, or retention offers. Cancel takes one click.

Renewal reminders

Stripe sends an email 7 days before each renewal listing the upcoming charge amount, the renewal date, and a one-click cancellation link. For Pro and Unlimited tiers, an additional reminder is sent 1 day before renewal.

Price changes

Prices are locked for the duration of your active subscription. Any future increase is communicated by email at least 30 days in advance with the option to cancel before the new price applies.

Free trial

The Free Trial tier provides 7 days of access at no cost. No credit card is required to start the trial. The trial does not auto-convert to a paid subscription — you must affirmatively choose a tier when the trial ends.
